The platform
A custom-built site, campus profiles, journal, ambassador and subscribe flows, designed to read like a publication, not a template, and to hold Lighthouse scores in the 90s.
Systems work · College media · national
Platform · CMS · brand system · lead engine
A full media platform built end to end: custom site, a CMS the founder publishes with herself, a complete brand kit, and qualified lead capture, live at thecollegist.com.
Where they started
Bri had the vision, the voice, and a national ambassador model, and no platform. She needed more than a website: a publication she could run herself, a brand system that scales past one campus, and a way to turn readers into ambassadors and subscribers.
What we built
01
A custom-built site, campus profiles, journal, ambassador and subscribe flows, designed to read like a publication, not a template, and to hold Lighthouse scores in the 90s.
02
A structured content studio where Bri publishes campus profiles and articles herself, drafts, photos, publishing, no developer required for the daily work.
03
A complete brand kit, wordmark, palette, typography, image treatment, delivered as a document her whole team can apply, on the site and off it.
04
Ambassador applications and subscriber capture, structured and qualified (who they are, which campus, why them), every submission stored and routed instead of lost in an inbox.
How it runs
Web design, brand, CMS, and lead capture shipped as one build by one team, then handed over with the keys: her domain, her studio login, her audience list.
Where it stands
Live and public at thecollegist.com since August 2026, the founder publishes on it herself. Growth-engine phases (campus expansion, newsletter cadence) are staged next.
